At Sathupally in Khammam Dist SCOPE organised an anti-gutkha rally on 1st Dec’96. The rally was lead by Dr. B. Chandrakanth Rao & Mr.C.N. Varma the Trustees of SCOPE. A lecture created awareness about the use of gutkha was given by Dr. B. Chandrakanth Rao.
